Creepy out of body

I took a short nap this morning only about 30 minutes and in about 15 minutes everything started happening. I was dozing off but the last second I hit vibrations and I slowly rise up like a vampire in a coffin. I then started thinking about Charlottesville Virginia and the monroe institute as I think about it I start hearing voices asking if I was alright and if I could hear them and if i needed them to pull me out though they called me Ben which through me off a bit. Before I could fully get to Virginia I start to go back to the physical but before I did I got glimpses of three or four people standing around me as I'm in a different bed and they looked worried about me. I wanted to inspect some more and see what was going on over there but by then I was back in my body, though it wasn't over, I checked my phone and I had 10 minutes left before I had to leave for school and so I get out of phase again and I'm back out of body in no time. This time I was sort of drawn to my mother's neighborhood a block away from her house and no one noticed me except for one dude and he is telling me to come over there I naively walk towards him as he goes up to his house but I return to the physical again on accident I somehow return eagerly and so the creepiness begins. This guy is telling me how he's been stuck here for over a 100,000 years and that his mother and sister had passed and he thought I could help him out or something, I follow him upstairs and the apartment is extremely old and whithered, with cobwebs and sort every where it was morning outside but in the apartment you couldn't tell, I got a percept of his mother she was motionless and seemingly dead just as old as the house but the second I got close to her her eyes started moving and everytging in my body told me to get out of the house as fast as possible it was an intense feeling though nowhere near as powerful of a feeling I had when I was in the witches den a two weeks ago. She then starts to get up and she turned out to be one of those energy draining low frequency creatures that many put under the label as demon. She tried to consume me though she was in a weak state so I had more than a fighting chance though just incase I did the spirit clone trick where I split my consciousness in half, go back to body and astral project again in order to have two versions of me at once, the second me flies out into orbit finding where my other half is and when it got to me we fused and so everything became more vivid and I was more powerful, I realise that the whole thing was just one conscious being, the son, the mother and even the house was one entity shapeshifting and since it hasn't drained energy from anything in a longtime it probably sensed mine and lured me in. I then broke free of the house and destroyed the house with an overload of energy which I then regained and went back to the physical.
