Happy Pill

A little while ago I had an interesting dream, but I never got to record it. I’ve got a few minutes now, so I’ll record what I remember. Basically, there were two plots coinciding but stemming from the same incident. The incident happened on a normal morning when all of a sudden everyone around the world woke up with a tiny implant stuck into the base of their spine(down near the sits bone). It was in a place that was extremely difficult for surgeons to remove so it was basically irreversible. Everyone started to panic and look for a solution, so NASA sent out a few astronauts to explore space to see if there were answers from other species in the galaxy(evidently this took place far in the future after first contact). But while the astronaut was out exploring, risking her life to find a solution, back on Earth everyone started to notice that they felt happier. More at peace. Wars ended and people’s health flourished. Social and economic gaps closed and an era of peace began. People started calling the implant the “happy pill.” It kept switching to different family scenes in which the people were unhappy before and all of sudden became happy. Like an abusive relationship where the abuser apologized and changed their ways and a dad who was always working and never there for his kids started working from home. But of course the astronaut had lost contact with Earth long ago and had no idea. Kind of sad...but that was most of the dream. The rest of it was just me hanging out with my old neighbors. SYMBOLS IMPLANT/SPINE - If you dream of receiving an alien implant, then you are venting your feelings of being violated and influenced in non-supportive ways. A substitution for spiritual inadequacy; research anatomical location, i.E. Breast implants reveal a need, but inability, to nurture adequately ASTRONAUT/SPACE SHIP - To see or dream that you are an astronaut, indicates that you are expanding your awareness and consciousness. You are utilizing the information you have and making the best of it. Spaceship dream of a spaceship represents navigation into unknown territory. Choosing or preparing to do things you’ve never done before. New experiences or new struggles that you can’t predict an outcome for. You might feel that a life situation is a bit weird or chaotic. You may feel like you are “on the edge.” Decision-making in your life revolving around doing things you’ve never had to do before or that are highly unusual
