Petrodollar bust

I have a high vantage Point over a big city. It looks like New York City. Or another big city. It is like dusk just before night time. Dim lighting. The Lights of the city don't seem to be on full stop I'm talking with her chubby bald guy it would seem to have a stubble. He is a expert on finance and economy. There is something about petrol going to lose its value. Something is going to plummet. I ask about investment. But something huge is going to happen. I think petrol will lose its value. Or money will. I say only invest a tiny amount but the person I'm talking to invests millions.
