Dream about loved one

So, this dream is a little more personal to me. My grandmother who I was extremely close to passed away in September of 2018. This dream occurred around the December-January time frame. It started off as me pushing her around in a wheel chair in a very big hospital. I was pushing her for what felt like hours, going no where and everywhere at the same time. Wandering around the hospital, talking to her and catching up. She looked good, and ‘younger’ but still elderly and grandmotherly - if that makes sense. After a while, the doctor comes and she lays down in her hospital bed. As soon as she does that, she graces my face and said: “It’s so good to hear your voice again”. Even at this point while dreaming I thought that was very weird and made no sense to me. I said to myself: “What do you mean? I’m standing right here?”. After she said that, she flat-lined and died. I woke up. I wasn’t sad in any way. I would like to feel like this was actually her visiting me and catching up with me, but I’m not sure. I woke up with a nice sense of peace though.
