A friend again

I dreamed this yesterday so I don't have too much details. Again dreamed about a blonde friend. She was staying on my old house for some reason and she was kind of sick, she had a very bad looking bruise on her cheek, said something was on her bed, maybe the pillow had something pointy. After that I got very worried so I basically kept an eye on her, take care and keeping her comfy. She was laying on her bed covered so I checked if she was ok, then she grabbed with a big hug and said I'm too slow and kissed me. I was shocked and couldn't believe it. I don't know why I keep dreaming about her. I guess I want tender loving care with her?
