Didn't Even Make The Competition

I was in school about to do an academic competition. A bunch of my teachers from last year were there, casually standing around and talking. The popular boys were also there. The teachers kept asking for girls and I was just standing there. Then this girl Sharon from a show I'm in came up and started talking to me but my mouth was full of gum. I kept pulling it and pulling it but it wouldn't come out of my mouth.
