Apothecaries?

I went on a crazy school bus field trip to... apothecaries? idk what the shops were but each one was old timey and kinda shifty. One sold giant underwear. We were trying to open our own shops, so we were all trying to come up with names and themes and stuff. There was a little writing desk where you could ask questions, and the tube fluorescent light would wiggle while a voice was telling you the answers. The wiggling mechanism got stuck. I was trying to fix it when I woke up. Before that we went to the movies.
