Disturbing pee dream

This one is really gross please don’t read if you’re squeamish. I just felt the need to share it because it’s so insane. Sometimes if I drink too much water before bed and I have to pee but I’m asleep I have dreams that I pee infinitely. It’s like an out of control firehouse situation. In this one I was at a urinal peeing infinitely but for some reason it became 66% blood. I peed so hard that skin started coming off my body and blood got all over the whole room and all over me. I looked in the mirror and I had long hair again and it was soaked in blood just like the rest of my body and clothes. I wasn’t even upset and I appreciated how metal it was and when I woke up I did not feel like I had a nightmare I just woke up and went to the bathroom and was fine.
