Joker lives under a bed?

Tommy, from the Rugrats cartoon, has a nightmare in which he is trapped in a dark and distorted version of his bedroom. He also has a monster under his bed that is an evil clown who sounds just like the Joker from Batman. Tommy asks him how to escape the nightmare. The clown tells him to escape via window. So Tommy does so. The monster is oddly helpful for being an evil clown and all. I never see him though because he’s covered in yellow blankets.
