end of the world

so the government had made a psa on the tv that the world was going to end in 24 hrs because a spaceship was going to crash into Earth and Earth would explode. everyone was really scared to die, and so was i but i kept reminding myself that i’m not really dying since i am an immortal soul that is just temporarily occupying this human body. i went out into a monster truck that was in the backyard with fluffy blankets and i sat in a cardboard box inside the truck and tried to go to sleep and relax as i awaited my human death. for some reason my mom was mad that i was in the truck and made me come inside. then there were scientists inside of my house and we were looking at calculations and it ended up that the spaceship was not on track to crash into Earth, but rather was flying around the planet. everyone was super relieved but the experience was life changing and really important. live every day as if it’s your last <3
