“They don’t know your real”/Covid containment team

Had a really strange dream this am was walking through a street that looked like Italy but rundown and dirty noticed people walking down the street with me. Some guy comes running out to me and grabs my arm and says “don’t worry they don’t know your real”(this is sticking with me the most) he ushers me along with him when I notice stuffed animals being thrown off the roof and I look up and it’s a bunch of garbage and like stuffed animals in dog cages. As I’m looking at it water is thrown down somewhere from up there and I feel it hit my face and the dude beside me must have gotten it on him cause he ran over to the river way things that they have in Italy and vomit. As I look at him I notice a group of old men all in grey fbi looking jackets that say “covid containment team”... I awaken at this point, long story short I think I caught covid in my dream
