IKEA refund

I was in an IKEA, my favourite one that I've been to. I bought a doll, a Barbie head, a baby with a goatee and moustache, a styling head - for some reason. None of it is stuff that I would ever consider actually buying, if not for a laugh. I went to return them immediately after buying them. Total came to a £6.02 refund, woman at the till told me it was "£2 over the free return fee". I assume that meant that you had to pay to return it at £4. The return bit was outside the store. My dad said to the return lady that he could buy two chickens with the money we got back.
