I was playing a video game with my pal Nylad exploring new game mechanics in it. It was a multiplayer session where I was hunting down an enemy player who blinded me with a flash light which obscured my actual vision (pretty much real life at this point) to where I was still able to see but I could no longer make out a person’s face. That didn’t stop me from pursuing that person in a hunt to take them down for the match winning elimination. They ran through crowds of people to try and lose me, but I could still make out who they were by their hair shape so being blinded was hardly a problem. We ran through multi-leveled areas that used escalators and conveyor belts to be navigated in place that seemed to be both a large outdoor shopping mall and an oil tanker shop. In the end I did not manage to succeed; the enemy player barely lived. I told Nylad how it all went down and then wanted to show him the new things I learned during all of that. I brought him to a location to show where I picked up the new knowledge and go over it step-by-step, but that location was no longer the location it originally was. It was like a wide, tall, narrow storage room with nothing but shelves stocked with garbage. I had the idea to climb these shelves as maybe they would take me somewhere and so they did. Still hanging on I shouted to down below, “Hey come up here and check this out!”. What was up there was a toy store—filled with mostly mecha figures and military stuff as well as the store clerk and people shopping on the other side on an upper floor here— we were behind the merchandise where clearly we did not belong. If you were to turn around your back would be against large ship windows where you could see for long distances all across the ship mall that was docked at a port. The clerk noticed us, but was not surprised or angry at all—they appeared to be used to this as if it occurs fairly often. All that happened was that they told us to get down from there and use the front like everyone else. After that being said the dream transitions to a group of friends and I walking into a cyber cafe and finding seating for all of us and it ends there.
