Was it her?

i was in the process of astral projecting, i wanted to see this girl i like. (i told her how i felt but i dont think she believes me or trusts me so i thought maybe if i could somehow contact her non physically and transfer my thoughts and emotions to her she would fully understand me without a shadow of doubt. Im trying and trying but my consciousness level was to high for me to fall into deep sleep so i take a break from trying and i lay there waiting for any hint or sign of vibrations. The second i feel them i jump out trying to leave but again i wasnt in deep sleep so im half out of body and half moving physically. i remember having a conversation with myself like it was someone else, i think it was my higher conscious since it's telling me why im messing up and that its trying to help me get out but im to eager, to explain how it felt its almost like i was in a straight jacket (my body being the jacket) and i had to break out of it. While slowly breaking out i can see my astral body, its glowing yellowish white and has the same outline as my physical one, picture my body completely still and flat on my back while my astral one has its elbow up, upper half slightly tilted up from the bed and the legs wiggling thats how it looked. Through all the struggle i pass out and find myself in her house, she sees me and rushes over to me like she was waiting for me to awake i finally realise its her and we touch and i feel an incredible amount of energy but i lose my memory i forget i was trying to transfer my emotions to her and i wake up in sleep paralysis
