Basement

These two kids had superpowers, one boy could like 'remix' something by making it look different and the other girl had princess sparkles. I wasn't totally sure what exactly it did. They lived with someone (can't remember if they were related or not) who ran a restaurant out of her house and kept the kids locked up in the basement. The kids ended up getting out and to a hot air balloon somehow and had themselves an adventure
