A day at work

Date: 11/29/2018

I work in retail and it was a usual busy day, due to the holiday season. This man and young girl had came in but seemed off. I was helping customer after customer but my spirit felt uneasy. The pair started walking towards the door with an outfit in a human form and a burgundy velvet backpack. I didn’t see that when they first came. Something in me told me to jump into action so I did. The girl ran, she was empty handed so I wasn’t worried. But the man and I had a struggle fighting to the floor. I grabbed the bag and subdued him and zipped tied until the cops arrived. After all the commotion I took the backpack and hid it. I said I was going to lunch and left. I was walking snd restaurants had become clubs and I saw kids from high school drunk and happy. I never got my food but I met with my best friend who was at an outside makeup counter. She wasn’t working she was just there. I didn’t tell her about the attempted robbery at my job and the role I played in stopping it we just stood there. I headed back to work. In true movie fashion, I switched scenes. Now we’ve come to a bridge. I’m not myself but I am someone else, someone unknown. I jump off the bridge but with no intention of death. I land on a broken street. The air is cold but the day is bright. I turn around and there are two tunnels. Small in size but enough to fit.I take the right one and keep going till I reach a lab. The tvs are high but everything (excluding the tvs) is covered in water. I had water up to my breast. I do a couple spins and a women who looks like Alita the battle angel is asking me what I want and I ask for a new identity. Jump scenes to a road. The female sheriff is driving to our store when she sees an young girl hitchhiking. She picks up the young girl but asks no questions. They arrive to my store and the moment the young girl walks, I’m screaming for her to leave but she runs in. She’s looking for her human form and honestly I was too. I waited until she found it and snatched it from her. And kick her out. I laugh at her defeat. The human form was filled with cash and again I was proud.
