Sleep Paralysis?

This was a weird one. I was laying in bed and the background was blue. It felt like I was awake. Still don't know if I was. There was a girl with long hair near my legs. The hair resembled my sister's. I never actually got to see the creature's face. Then I felt it begin to crawl up my body. I think I felt a part of her back. Then I woke up, or believe I woke up I tried to move my arm to feel for the creature. I could still feel it's presence somehow. I couldn't move my arms or speak normally for a few seconds. It was a weird experience and I still don't know what that could've been.
