Hole in Leg

It started when I was in a university with my father who talked with another man who asked us not to sit or else others would notice he was helping us. As soon as we left the premises, I noticed my feet which seemed normal but I noticed abnormalities in my right shin. I had a bone coming out of it and the skin seemed to suddenly disappear. I tried to push the popping bone back in but it kept coming out. We visited an Asian doctor who just ripped and pulled the bone right out leaving a big hole in my shin. I couldn't feel the pain but it made me anxious every time I looked down. I tried telling people about it but nobody wanted to help. my dreams quickly switched and I was in a car with two of my old friends headed home from dinner. I suddenly noticed a huge stairway that led to the massive white moon floating in the sky. I don't know why but just looking at it made me very nervous and gave me the chills. I saw an antigravity car travel to the moon...
