In my dream, I watched for a lunar eclipse during a full moon. It wasn’t taking place in the middle of the night, but during sunset. And it wasn’t exactly an eclipse, either. The sky was pink from the sunset, and people were outside, bustling about—shopping, coming home from work, etc. Some people were taking about the eclipse and we looked up in the sky to the full moon. But the sky was cloudy, and we couldn’t see the full moon. But then the clouds cleared up just a small amount, and we were able to see the moon. We weren’t seeing a normal/usual eclipse. We were actually seeing 12 full moons, in a circular shape, as if each moon were a different number on the clock. The clouds continued to cover the moons, but at any point, many moons were able to be seen. Other pedestrians were just as amazed as I was. Earlier in the dream, I kept trying to figure out how to take a photo of what was happening but realized any attempt to capture the eclipse was pointless without a tripod to hold my phone’s camera steady. But then I realized there’s nothing like witnessing the event live, without any distractions.
