Sleepran into a wall

Dreamt I was in a wide snowy plane. Felt like my eyes were actually open and I could control my real body. Figured it must actually be real life and was mega excited to explore the gorgeous terrain. I saw woods in the distance and started running towards them. Start running when THUMP! I am woken up suddenly by a strong force making contact with the front of my face. I fall back, look up and realize I'm halfway across the room facing a wall.
