Melatonin Again

For the first time in (I think) 2 years I took melatonin, forgetting it gives me weird, and most of the time unpleasant, dreams. I can't exactly remember how this one started out. I think I was walking in a very beige apartment building. It had beige carpet on every floor, but it was clean. I knew I was there to visit my friend Sarah. I also knew I was in Japan. Sarah texted me and told me to meet her and her 3 roommates at a café. Went to the café and tried to order an iced matcha when the cashier started speaking to me in very fast Japanese. I said sorry I can't understand you, then I looked at my watch and told it that I understand Japanese, suddenly, I understood what the cashier was saying to me. When it was time to pay, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I panicked for a second and thought about asking Sarah if she could just spot me and I'd pay her back later. But then I looked at my watch and told it I have my wallet. My wallet suddenly appeared in my pocket. The dream skipped and I was checking out Sarah's apartment. It was the first time I had been there. Her roommate was sitting on her bed, crying. I asked her what's wrong and she got very mad at me. Her face was really red and she told me she hated me because Henry liked me instead of her. I asked her who's Henry? I told her I don't know who that is. She acted like I was lying and only got more mad at me. I decided to leave. I was walking the halls of the apartment building that seemed to only be inhabited by young people in their early 20's. There was a cute guy with wavy, light brown hair and tattoos, walking around with his friends. He kept looking back at me but I didn't know who he was. Maybe that was Henry? The dream skipped again and the apartment building had apparently flooded. The pipes had burst for some reason and there was water up to my ankles out in the hallway. I looked at my watch and told it to get rid of the water. The water started receding. Every time I tried to influence the dream in this way, by looking at the watch on my wrist and telling it what I wanted to happen, it would tell me yes or no. That if what I wanted to happen was a good idea or not. Like a magic 8 ball, it even had the blue diamond inside and said the same things on it. But every time I influenced the dream, I could feel it resisting me. The dream skipped a couple times but I don't really remember what happened. I couldn't find Sarah at one point and got worried, so I told the watch I wanted to find her and I did. Then it skipped to me being outside playing with my dog who is dead irl. He was old in the dream like he was when he passed irl. I started petting him, and inspecting his graying face. I told the watch I wanted him to feel no pain and be young again and after he transformed to have no more grays, I woke up.
