Re-enactment of child death?? Wtf

Had a dream that my neighbors from when I was a little girl, the Wades, lost their child Natalie to a freak accident (potential murder) about ten years ago and then moved away. They then rented out their old house, the one right next to me, just for a night to hold a vigil for her on the 10th anniversary of her death. But they also asked all of us to please comply with their wishes to re-enact the night to a t as a coping mechanism, but also to see if any of us notice anything we didn’t notice last time. We all hesitantly agreed. So in the night I go to my parents room and we talk about how unsettling this is, and they agree but they say if it’s what they want we must comply as good friends... 11pm rolls around and we hear the scream, and then we see the father run outside, looking for his wife with his child (or a dummy this time around) in his arms to meet his wife at the car. She screams and we hear ‘no no no’ and I thought this would be the end of it. But just like ten years ago, according to the dream, the grandmother of the girl was there too and she comes running into our yard and frantically knocks at our door. My mom starts crying, as this is so morbid and hard to reenact. I tell her she must answer the door, and if she doesn’t I will. I go downstairs to answer the door and the grandma has tears in her eyes and she screams ‘Natalie’s not breathing! She’s not breathing!’ And I run over to their house to ‘help’ and see the parents holding the doll with a picture of Natalie’s face stapled to it. I’m so freaked out. Then the next thing I remember, it’s the day after and the parents and all the neighbors are outside and we’re all hugging each other and they’re thanking us profusely. Not quite a nightmare, but maybe one of the most disturbing dreams I’ve ever had.
