Babies and Blood

I was talking with a friend of my mom's who has a daughter that's already 4 years old but in my dream she was a new born. So while I was talking with her I start smelling blood and I look over and the baby is in a bag that's up to her waist and the bag is full of blood and guts. The mom was so nonchalant about it and just went to wash the baby
