I was in the car with my dad and brother on the exit ramp to start heading south on I-75. We had to pull over because a car tire was on fire, rolling down the highway. Then this woman's disembodied voice starts screaming, I couldn't tell if she was the one in the wreck or because someone she cared about was in the wreck. Then an ambulance started speeding south on I-75 to a bigger hospital, but could have gone to a smaller, but closer hospital in Cheboygan. That's when I woken up, but I could still hear the woman screaming.
