Allergic reaction to nothing

Inside a school with my best friend that had a school sale. She had to pee so I followed her to the toilet. While waiting I look in the mirror it's a little dark since there were no lights so I couldn't see very well, but my skin seemed weird, I had red spots all over my face with small strange bumps everywhere. I thought I had an allergic reaction to something and decided to go check the other mirror with a little light, but I still couldn't really see what was going on. Tried to hurry back to my friend because I started feeling bad, I didnt want to pass out where she couldnt see me, because then I might not be found in time and die.
