Heart attack/skin disease

I remember two dreams I had last night. In the first one, I was in the hospital after a supposed heart attack. I was lying in a bed and the room was bleak and white. I was staring at the door, and there was a fuzzy bluish figure in the corner of my eye; a nurse. She was telling me to rest because I might have another heart attack. I could feel pain in my chest as I laid there staring at my toes. In the second dream, my sister had some weird skin disease. I believe it was a flesh eating virus. She was chasing me around the house and I ran into my brothers room and locked the door. She kept knocking on the door, telling me to open it, but my brother and I refused.
