5 problems with alecs argument

i can see 5 problems with alec balwins argument. 1 i did not fire the gun the gun fired a real bullet straight through somebodys head. 2 it was a prop gun it was a real gun that fired and somebody died. 3 i am not responsible. the gun was in your hand when it fired a deadly shot. 4 i was told the gun was empty any drill sarge will tell you that the person responsible for the gun would be the person who has it. so the weilder must always check to see if its safe and treat it as if it was live even if it wasnt. 5 i fired guns hundreds of times with no accidents. but this is the case that is being observed, not any other case. the whole plot looks very dark, and he doesnt seem to really understand how the law works. i myself dont have any understanding of how the law really works either. the observation that could blow a hole in the case. a poltergeist pulled the trigger. there is plenty of video evidence of paranormal phenomenon exhibiting forces much greater than what is possible by a single grown man, or very tall woman. there are even cases where adult humans or larger animals have been floated into the air for seconds. i want an evp session done by vetted paranormal teams to see if there is activity in that area. if this does not happen, then alec could take the fall for ghostly activity.
