2 nights ago I experienced sleep paralysis for the first time. I was unable to move or speak and I sensed that there was someone in my home trying to hurt me. last night I experienced another episode but this time it was much more intense and extremely terrifying. it’s started out the same. I was unable to speak or move and the same “someone” was in my home again. this time however, I had an out of body experience. the “someone” was a demonic entity. it dragged me out of bed through the air into the main portion of my apartment. I was unable to scream or move. I could not see this entity, only feel it as it controlled me. the REM portion of the paralysis created a dream state of my boyfriend who tore out of the room behind me to help. still unable to speak or move, my boyfriend pulled me in close (irl we were laying in a cuddle). he tried to get the entity to leave me alone by distracting it and swinging pillows in its direction. I still could not move or scream no matter how hard I tried. all of a sudden my bf started snoring in the paralysis (as he was irl). the entity then took over my boyfriends body, just looking at me, staring into my soul. I thought it wanted to communicate with me. I was scared shitless. at this moment, with all my might I pulled myself from the paralysis (which was very difficult). I believe I am experiencing sleep paralysis as a withdrawal symptom of going cold turkey from my antidepressants.
