Cinderella esque dream, just a poor farmers daughter gets taken in by a wealthy family with intents for her to be a maid but the oldest son is complete enraptured by her. one day they are going to have a ball and even the servants gets to dress up and she is even more beautiful on that day than any other. the guests ask who she is and want to marry her but she has no wish for that, she is content with her life. the mother is angry because she wants her oldest son to marry a wealthy woman not a servant girl. at one point she is in the hallway pretending to dance and she doesn't realize a small group of people, including the mother and oldest son had been watching from the parlor
