Another Euro trip

The whole family was with me on this trip and we were in this town where everything was a mixture of French and Italian things. Saw a horse that jumped into the river and transform into a some kind of creature and then proceeded to give birth to pup/baby version of itself which floated to the surface. The water of the river was so crystal clear and blue that you could see all the aquatic animals in there. Lots of stingrays with strange and unique tails were swimming around. Some tails were curly, some were fluffy. This town was only accessable by bridge.
