Tomb Team

There was a mechanical tomb that 3 explorers of different species had headed down. Two of them were humanoid and one was literally a sentient bouncing ball. There were voices asking them for their souls. The tomb had massive mechanical hammers in it. Swinging side to side perpetually. The bouncing dude got hit and went flying. There were odd insignia everywhere. Referring to the sacrifice of souls.
