Shoved LUCID (and dreaming advice)

I am inside of a coffee shop type place with Z and a guy who looks like M’s dad (from last night at the moon circle). Z and I are reading through a manual of sorts or coursework, and the guy is our instructor. I leave the shop for a bit to go do something. As I walk back there are cop lights flashing outside and a car surrounded in the parking lot. I don't care about this and I walk on through with no difficulty, until a dark skinned man wearing a black suit stops me from entering the shop. I persist and he shoved me back so that fall on the pavement, but it's so light of an impact that I realize I am dreaming. I stand up and do the nose trick to confirm — it works! Wow it's strange to breath in while pinching my nose. So I kinda fight this guy kinda not. He can't hit me anymore; just doesn't connect. Now he's up against a wall and I'm almost hitting him, and at the same time wanting to explore this dream now that I am lucid. I want to turn around and see what's behind me, though I begin to fade to wake. /// I used the Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) method to have this lucid dream. Slept about five hours, woke up my body and mind and stayed out of bed for about 30 minutes, then went back to sleep. I've been doing reality checks a lot too. Ask me if you want to learn more.
