Gonna go to Israel

I found out that I was gonna fly to Israel with my parents and grandparents the next day. It was a one day vacation for my mom because she wanted to go for some reason, and I got dragged along as well. When questioning my mom about travels, I learned that there was a southern US state called “Merchandise” and she acted surprised when I didn’t know what this state was. When we got set to leave, I realized I was wearing oversized sweatpants dragging at my feat and wanted to change my clothes to something that would be easier to walk in especially since we were going to the desert (I thought there was gonna be desert where we were going). I told my dad and he got annoyed but allowed me to. I went to my bedroom and contemplated wearing pants vs shorts. Then I woke up.
