Grandma’s Dining Room

While my cousins and I used to sleep in the floor in the dining room, this time, Aunt Nancy was designated to sleep there. Shortly after we cousins left the room, Aunt Nancy started to make it her space and next thing you know, it was a mess and the rug was all crumpled up. Someone expressed their surprise that we kids kept it nicer when it was our space. When Aunt Nancy tried to straighten out the rug and was pulling on it, we noticed my cousin K was sitting on the rug, making it difficult to move. We giggled a little about that.
