Francis Rossi's Retirement Plan

I should have jotted this one down when I first woke up as there was a lot more to this than I can now remember. Once again a train was involved and it involved moving between carriages. A decision was made or an event occurred that led to being in a flat which was quite dull and grey. There were a group of people there. The guy who lived there was talking and I asked him if he was making money (a retirement plan I think) like his pal Francis Rossi (from Status Quo). The answer was a sarcastic no. I was then talking to another member of the group I was with about a traffic warden (I think). We were making fun of this person like we knew them personally and were imitating this person's mannerisms. The theme tune to this dream is "What You're Proposing" by Status Quo.
