TWINS!?

As a father of twins I know the challenges. In my dream last night, one of my wife's friends, who happens to be diabetic and in poor health overall, decided she would get artificially insemination since her husband and she wanted kids. Furthermore, they decided to try to have twins through this process and were, therefore, going to have multiple eggs fertilized and implanted. My wife and I were frantically trying to reason with her but I woke up before I could tell what the conclusion to the discussion was.
