Pregnant wife, etc.

At the beginning of the dream I am working at NYU. I am helping one of the doctors put an IV into Ralph. An older Dr. comes around and tells us that we have to put one in each arm and that is what we do. Talking to the other nurses I find out that we have all been working over 30 hours. The next minute I see myself at 34th street in Manhattan going toward 1st Avenue. I am a man! I don’t know exactly how I look but I know I am a man. I am going to buy something with my wife, who is pregnant. She is a pretty girl with auburn hair and blue eyes wearing a dark blue coat. She goes into the store and we get separated there. I keep missing her. Eventually I go out to the street and follow her all through Manhattan. I pass by two apartments where I lived on 34th street. Eventually I get to the bus station on 42nd street, still following her. I am trying to buy tickets for the bus and there is a question about my 5 dollar bill not being good. I buy two tickets but I still don’t find my wife inside of the bus station.
