Work - Young Customer

I'm working. A young looking girl comes in and I ask to check her ID. She said she had her mom's ID, and I'm like, "nope, I have to see / your/ ID. So she rummages around in her wallet to find it, then hands it to me. I told her I liked her nails, and then absolutely scan over this ID trying to find her date of birth. It said like, 2012 or 2014,9 something late like that. I told her that she's too young to be in here, she has to leave, but she ignored me and just started walking around the store anyways. I called for Luke who was only a few feet away in the cash wrap, and when he looks at me, I look to him, to her, then back at him. He told me to just let her go and to just no-sale her. So I'm like, okayy..? So she's walking around doing her thing and I'm standing by the stairs feeling really uncomfortable. Then I see something quietly fall from the ceiling in the smoke section, and I said "what the hell was that??" Luke and I went to go see what it was, and the girl is there Behind the counter where all the glassware is with a shit-eating grin on her face. I'm so mad I'm stuttering, and I told her to get from behind the counter and leave before we have to call the police to escort her out. Luke ended up just escorting her out himself and likely went to lock the door too to make sure she didn't immediately come back in. I was still standing in the smoke section, looking around for whatever fell from the ceiling. I noted that the ceiling looked... tilted. Like it would fall in or something. Or maybe it was just built that way. Either way, I scanned the floor for whatever it was, and ended up finding three Long, fuzzy caterpillars. They were black on top, white on the sides, and about 6ish inches in length. I think one of us stepped on one of them because it looked like it had a steep dent.
