Being robbed of my things in a blanket

I put a bag of things I liked outside the front of my house in a blanket, expecting someone I knew to come to my house and grab them. I went to sleep in my living room and my mom, sister, and other family memebers slept on the dinner table. I woke up at night and heard a sound in the front of the house. Someone was stealing my things in the bag. I was getting scared but I’ve lost valuable, even though I was gonna give it to someone. I whisper yell my mom awake to go outside. She questions me and I tell her someone’s taking the stuff. My brother walks up and my mom opens the front door shushing me, while my brother opened an umbrella in the house trying to look like a cool anime character.
