Tooth decay

I am in a dimly lit public bathroom like one at a gas station. Im looking in the mirror. My teeth hurt. I decide to chew on a piece of gum for some reason. As im chewing one of my teeth starts to lift from my gums. It starts to bleed. I spit the gum out and reach into my mouth. I barley touch the tooth and it falls on my tongue. I gag and spit it into the dirty sink. I then see a dirty needle sitting on top of the toilet paper dispenser. I think it must belong to some junkie or something. I pick it up and without thinking i put it in my mouth to hold it. A thick liquid then starts to pour out of the syringe. It taste like blood. I drop the syringe and start spitting blood all over the floor. I am now in a hospital room with a white gown on. Every thing is white.
