Fake movie rabbit hole 🚌

This one was weird because there were so many in-jokes and callbacks that referenced something that doesn't exist. A previous family vacation, a tv show where Jaime Camil works at MTV, etc. We were on a family vacation at a cabin. Mom left her phone there, on a stand right in front of our parking spot, so we had to go back for it and I guess we just stayed an extra week. A bunch of other family was there too. Mom's side, some kids I couldn't place, and Michael and George Michael Bluth apparently. At some point I thought Michael was my dad and that was very confusing for me. His mannerisms and the way he spoke all seemed so foreign. I thought "This guy doesn't seem like my dad at all. Maybe he wasn't home much when I was a kid? That's sad. Maybe he isn't my real dad at all. What would my real dad be like? Try to picture him. Hey, wait, that IS my real dad!" It was meta. It almost broke the whole dream. There was a little girl who kept saying great one-liners. I told Kathy twice "I like this one, she's funny!" I never found out who she was or how we were related. We watched a movie about these traveling hippie friends living in an RV together. They had a band I think. They toured and performed. They made a lot of homeopathic drinks. One of them (played by Jessica Chastain?) was pregnant and made a hard decision to leave the group and settle down. The last scene of the movie had her sitting alone at a table in a venue, eating dinner and watching a show. The music was really good. Jason looked up one of the bands on spotify and their first song listed had an uhh-maybe-not-at-the-dinner-table kind of title. I said yeah, they're a little bit explicit. I said it was because they started on snl and I guess no one pays close attention to the music there. Jaime Camil came onstage. He seemed nervous. Someone said "he just needs some of that MTV confidence!" at the screen and we all laughed because it was a reference we all understood. Jessica Chastain made friends with the ladies at the next table and they talked about their relationships. Jessica told them about the father of her baby (apparently it was one of the hippie friends. I hadn't picked up on that). She said he was a great guy and she cared about him a lot, but he wouldn't be much of a dad and it made more sense to do this on her own. Another lady said her husband was trying to talk her into going to see the orchestra and they all laughed like it was bizarre. It was a happy ending.
