Basketball

I had this dream that I was back at middle school age. The scene was at a playground with multiple basketball courts. It was night time. And many of my friends from middle school where there. There was a 3 on 3 game going on and as soon as it was over, I initiated a 5 on 5 game. But no one wanted me on their team. (I know I was not the best but I also was not the worst player). This of course bothered me. But I didn’t let it show and I pretended as if I was okay being benched. I felt as an outsider who accepted being one.
