He Only Lives There Sometimes

I'm at my house except it's now on the same row of houses where my friend Simon used to live. I notice that a boy also lives there whom I teach guitar to. I ask him if he would rather have his lessons there as it would mean almost no travel for me. He declines, explaining that he only lives there at certain times in the week and that the arrangement we currently have works better for him despite it meaning much more travel for me.
