Lord vs Batman and Superman

I am watching a movie trailer. Some guy who came from a different dimension or galaxy idk came in this massive ship and started messing everything up. It is in a metropolitan area with tall skyscrapers . Then batman and superman came in. The lord not from earth started fighting them both. He started laughing and jumped off his ship. He is saying "I have been waiting for someone like you (presumably to superman)." They are floating and fighting. They lord is very strong. How they will defeat him is unclear. The trailer is saying "who will defeat the lord? Batman or superman?" I'm just like superman ofc
