Missing Left Hand

I was in the basement of my “grandmothers” house with a ton of random people around. I had left to go to a coffee shop or something and someone cut off my left hand at the wrist, i had my hand in my possession but my arm came to a stump, i could like connect my hand to my arm and kind of control it but it felt very weird. There was no blood and all the gore that would be there kind of looked like clay like clay bone and muscle it didn’t hurt but i felt the absence of a hand. The doctor said we had to harvest someones bone marrow and Alice from the L word offered and the harvesting was crazy we just stuck a needle into her till we heard a pop and extracted she was in extreme pain then we injected it into my veins and attached the hand, mind you there was no sewing or anything to attach the hand the goal would be that the bone would instantly mend. After we did that my hand felt indescribably strange.
