Buying my childhood home

i dreamed that id just bought my childhood home and was unpacking it and my friend came to visit with her bf and they were moving in nearby but we were like racing to get her grocery list together so she could go to price chopper lol. When she entered the house she asked how clean the (white couch on white rug that I few up with) and I answered probably very, since nobody was ever allowed to sit on it (unsupervised or in dyed clothing) per my mother). I was excited to be back home in new york and to see my old childhood friends again, and for the block parties every summer. I felt so nostalgic walking through. And my mom was like trying to control the going’s on in the house through my grandmother over the phone, from Florida despite it being MY home that I paid for (we are still no-contact irl) ! and when we lived there my DAD bought the house for us to live in. Like girl sit tf down! My grandma called her out. And I was freaking out looking for my groceries. And there were small mirrors on the floor under each window because they represented some feng shui thing- and I looked behind one and a picture of my mom was behind one of the mirrors by the steps to go upstairs. And my another friend and my boyfriend were out in the backyard talking about how they were having issues with the Nextdoor-neighbor already, and I told them to do just watch for them to break even the smallest or most obscure asinine rules/bylaws and instantly report them, even if you have to plant evidence on them and lie lol. They thought it was funny. I was trying to find my allergy meds because I was having a hard time breathing then realized all the were windows open I got incredibly increasingly pissed off because the one that was being open was probably why I couldn’t breathe and I was like who the fuck left all these windows open where are my allergy meds and my grandma was like I know that they were open too and I was like did you open them and she was like yeah. And I was like well close them!! and then I finally found my allergy meds but wasn’t sure if I needed them because I was trying to read more intentionally, then my airways opened back up and then I was woken up.
