False awakening

At first I wasn’t aware it was a dream because it start out normal , but around the 2nd time i false awake in the same dream I freak out and was just scared of how long am I going to be stuck in my dream. When I finally woke up I cried. Update: actually there was more but I cut it short here. But there were more than just 2 wakes in that dream. On the 3rd wake I was in an empty flat and there was a gun shooting on the building across and I was hiding. 4th I was just so sick of it all and try to run I don’t know where but I just want out of this dream when a big monster start running after me that I was so scared I woke up.
