Superman, Burning city

Date: 4/7/2021

Weather: Nice warm sunny day. Clear skies. I don’t remember much of the start of the dream. Just that something happened where Superman’s identity was figured out. He didn’t need to disguise anymore. He went outside to clean or do some sort of work on his car (silver SUV type vehicle). People for some reason treated him weirdly after learning he was Superman, were kind of cold and avoiding. Neighbors outside and he greeted them nicely. They just gave him a weird look and didn’t respond, just went away. Neighborhood is a circle shape (loop). Superman’s house is on the outer part of it. People walking on the sidewalk in the inner circle of the loop. He waves hello to them. After few seconds realizes a woman walking by looked (had a weird expression) and dressed weirdly (Sort of like nurses scrubs but not exactly, in all white). Suddenly knew she was trouble/working with bad guys. She was getting close to the farthest side of the loop away from his house. He flew over to try and catch her but wasn’t fast enough. There was another woman there who said something and was working to stop the bad guys. Said she wouldn’t be able to make it to the city the bad lady was going to in time. It was too far away. Superman said he could carry her there since he could fly. He picked her up (bridal style?) and flew to the city. Everything was on fire. There was a huge fiery tornado (all one size like a cylinder, didn’t get slimmer at the ground). Everything was cast in a fiery orange glow. There were manhole type things in the ground that were sucking the fire into them. Lines of orange and red snaking across the streets into the holes. Superman wasn’t sure what to do exactly to stop the fire, but could help get people to safety. I and by extent Superman subconsciously knew that someone (I think Carlos? Maybe Curtis?) much more powerful was going to be there so didn’t worry too much.
