Sad Best Friend

So I was at home sitting on the couch idk if I just started not feeling normal about that day? Anyway, I look on Snapchat to see my best friend (V) text me about being sorry and a couple other things. I instantly get up and kinda in shock and start tearing up. I somehow got to her house and she was there alive. I asked her what’s wrong and why she was about to do it and we both were crying. What could this mean? (This friend I’ve been friends with for years, but we’ve drifted a little irl.)
