Friend or?

I had a dream where I saw my friend from work, Cesar. He was in a bedroom with one of my friends from college, Emily. She was trying to seduce him for some reason. Later in the dream, I was filling out some paperwork. When it came to my name I spelled out my maiden name and didn't put my married name. My friend Cesar was there standing next to me. It's as if I wasn't sure if I should put my married name or not because he was there.
